Sardines
I like sardines. When I do a fly by interview with people in my life, I ask the point blank question, "Do you like sardines?" The answer is no (I smile) followed up by their questions: "Are the guts still in? Is the head still on?" No to both. Some may say, "It's an acquired taste." So is caviar, at about $2.50 an ounce and that's crazy. This product is far cheaper. What people are misunderstanding and missing is a really great Omega 3 food and a total protein packaged in a can; the cost: easy. The taste: great alone and with any sauce, garlic powder and salt or pepper you want to add. Portability: Right on the mark with basically a four ounce can, crackers and a spork. Just pick it up when done and toss it in a recycling bin. Health? Love your heart? Love a ripped six pack? Try em' out.
 If you want to eat lean, get some sardines and follow up with a few quality crackers, which I'll offer here. |

With inflation running amok with food, fuel and everything else resembling one of those heart monitors; zig, zag, up then down, I really stand on "real time pricing". What is "real time pricing"? It means I'm actually in the store calculating true prices on your order.
That's right, a real human being making it happen for you. Prices you see on Food Run Fix are close estimates and not guaranteed to be absolute because they change every day, so I have to comb the grocery lanes, see what they got, see the prices, pick the products and give you the shout out! Just like if you were shopping yourself. Simply add your items to the cart.
Paying:
Don't pay anything, regardless of what you see in the cart until I send you the actual invoiced bill of the real time prices, sales tax and my delivery fee, right from the store. You also get the receipt; everything is open and upfront.
